Many of the herbs used are either wildcrafted or home-garden grown, picked and tinctured here in Esquimalt.
Tincture blends are available in 25ml, 50ml, or 100ml volumes, using reclaimed bottles when possible.
Tea blends are sold in 25g or 50g weights.

Nourishing Nerve Nectar
A nervous-system nourishing blend of milky oat seed, borage, skullcap, licorish, and ginger. It is sweet and warming, a grounding embrace for when you're feeling a little fried and burnt-out. A gentle reminder to slow down and take some time out of your day for doing nothing.
As an alcohol extract, you can expect there to be anywhere from approximately 20-70% alcohol depending on the herbs used in the blend. Dilute in water or juice, and dose according to label. Tum Tonic
My own favorite carminative blend of tummy-settling digestive herbs. I always keep this around the house just for those times. With Chamomile, Meadowsweet, Licorish, Marshmallow root, Ginger, and Fennel seed, this has plenty of delicious herbs to please both your tongue and your gut!

Night's Sleep
This sleepy blend of relaxing nervines is my go-to for wakeful nights. The Ashwaganda, Skullcap, Passionflower, and Borage play together like a dream. Keep it at your bedside for easy access during the night, or take it prophylactically an hour before bedtime.

Deep Nourish Winter Blend
A spicy twist on my spring tonic recipe, this simple blend takes nourishing mineral rich herbs. Nettles and Oatstraw and adds warming spices Cinnamon and Fennel seed, so you can enjoy those staples all year round. A very grounding and flavorful tea to sip with a good book.

All of my single-herb tinctures are either wild-harvested locally, or grown in my home garden, and tinctured by hand. Therefore, stock varies year by year depending how my garden did and what was found abundantly enough to respectfully harvest.
